At Feminista, we are committed to delivering high-quality perfumes and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy.
No Return / No Refund Policy
All purchases made on our website are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products once they have been sold. This policy is in place because perfumes and personal care products are sensitive and hygiene-related items, and cannot be resold once dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
We only consider requests in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product, or
- You received the wrong item
In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order details
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept any requests for:
- Change of mind
- Fragrance preference issues
- Slight packaging variations
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

- Replacement shipping (if approved) will be handled by us
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
